C O N S U L T A T I O N
The process begins with a private appointment at our showroom in Allerton, South Liverpool. However if you are unable to visit, everything can be discussed over email.
The initial consultation will consist of a discussion and the opportunity for your girls to try on sample dresses for size and style. After choosing from the selection of dresses available, we can then discuss your design more in depth. With all dresses being made to order you are welcome to mix and match different design details across the collection of dresses allowing you to combine different styles, details and fabrics to create a dress that is completely unique and tailored to suit your individual style and occasion. Estimates of cost are provided at this time and followed up with an accurate quote after the consultation as the cost of bespoke designs are priced individually based on the overall design and fabrics required.
M E A S U R E M E N T S
On confirmation of an order a deposit of 50% is required to secure your dress. Measurements are usually taken 8-10 weeks before the date of your occasion. We can take measurements at your appointment or we can supply you with a list of what is required and arrange to have them sent over. You can plan your order as early as you like, but I recommend the confirmation of an order to be at least 4-6 months before your date to secure an order with bespoke details.
Following the taking of measurements I recommend booking in for 1-2 fittings before any dress is finished to ensure the overall fit and finish is correct, but the amount of fittings will depend on the complexity of the design. Please note, if you are ordering online I can't be held responsible for any alterations if they are needed, so please take them as accurately as you can! We can often accommodate for rush orders depending on the time of year, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.
C O M P L E T I O N
Once the dress is finished I will arrange a date for you to collect and any remaining balance must be paid either before or on the date of collection. All dresses are beautifully pressed and prepared so they are easy to transport and all items can be packed and posted out if needed.
Small accessories are available and can be made to complete your outfit such as hair bows, veils and small bags to perfectly compliment your dress.
